You can change or delete the Windows mandatory locations of folder like My Documents:

1. Open Regedit
2. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Explorer\ Shell Folders
3. Change the desired folder location, My Documents is normally list as "Personal"
4. Open the Explorer and rename or create the folder you wish.

To change the desired location of the Program Files folder

1. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion

It is convenient to open the Internet Explorer with maximized window any times. We can set it maximized by Windows Registry. Let do these steps.

Call Forging is the trick by which you can spoof the identity of the
caller and misguide the calle.

By call forging the caller identity is spoofed and can be easily done
by the folllowing way.

Basics of Call Forging

Firstly the voip is used to call via internet PC to a telephone.
In the Voip there is a loop hole which allow a intruder to spoof
a call.

There are many website on the net which provide the facility of the
internet calling.

This website work as follows,first the call the source phone no then
the destiation number and then bridge them togather.

Here there is no authentication done by the website and server are
normally located in US and so tracing of the intruder is not possible.

Thus the intruder logs on to this server and gives a wrong source number
and then place a call over internet which is actually a spoofed call
which shows wrong identity.

Also there a no laws regarding the call spoofing in India and so a intruder
if gets traced is easily backed by the loophole of no laws for it.

thus if you get calls from other numbers dont trust it they may be spoofed
calls

SMS Forging is the trick by which you can steal the identity of the sender.

The working of SMS is explained as under.

First of all the sender send the SMS via SMS gateway.
The identity of the sender is attached to the SCCP packer of the SMS.

The SMS once reach the SMS gateway is routed to the destination Gateway and
then to the receiver’s handset.

There are many ways by which we can send SMS to the SMS gateway.

One of them is to use internet.

Now the concept of SMS forging lies in changing the SCCP packer which contains
the sender information prior delivering to the SMS gateway.

The intruder can change the SCCP packet and can send that packet to
any of the receiver as a spoofed SMS.

Some of the Website on the net also provide this facility.

To provide such service is not legal and the user using this may lead so
serios consequences with law.

So i request you not to use this kind of trick to spoof SMS and above info
was only for educational purpose.

Password protecting a laptop does not ensure data protection, the password protection of laptops provides a false sense of security. Passwords on laptops are good to implement to prevent unauthorized access, however when a thief steals a laptop and has time, getting around the password is quite simple. There are also issues if there was no way to get around passwords, as even admins forget them and need access to the system. Passwords are good to have, but will not stop a thief from accessing the device, only slow them down a bit. Here is a quick run through of some common techniques for getting around the passwords for different platforms:
Windows XP & Vista

Windows can be cracked using several available tools one popular one is OphCrack, which is free. The software can works with Windows, Mac OS X and Linux. It comes with a LiveCD version which automates the retrieval, decryption, and cracking of passwords from a Windows system. The latest version uses a new faster technique using rainbow tables and can crack 99.99% of alphanumeric passwords of up to 14 characters in usually a few seconds, and at most a few minutes. The software works with older versions of Windows as well.

Another commerical product is Proactive Password Auditor from Elcomsoft. The software utilizes similar techniques to OphCrack but with a bit more automation and a friendlier user interface. The product basically makes password a mainstream technique that anyone can use to gain access to a system.

For Operating system X

For OS X 10.4 The root password can be easily reset in OS X by booting the system from the Mac OS X installation CD and selecing the Reset password option under “Utilities” from the installer screen and follow the directions.

OS X 10.5 can be reset using single user mode. (hold down ‘Command’ and ‘S’ during reboot or startup.)

At the prompt, type fsck -fy

Type mount -uw /

Type launchctl load /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.

While there is no fool proof way of doing it, you could try a combination of autorun.inf files and batch file.

Create an autorun.inf file on the root of your flash drive with the following contents:

action=Open folder to view files

Next, create a batch file called getusers.bat with the following contents:

echo %username%>>users.txt

When a user puts your flash drive into their computer, it pop up with an autoplay option indicating that they are to click on the icon to open the folder to view files. A small black box will pop up briefly and then disappear. If you go into the root of the drive, you will find a new file called users.txt. If you open this file, it wil contain the user names of all the users who have accessed your drive by clicking on the icon.
This is, of course, not a fool proof method as all someone has to do is bypass the autoplay feature and their name is not recorded or they can delete the users.txt file but this is at least a proof of concept.

You may recognize that your system gets slower and slower when playing and working a lot with your Desktop or a laptop. That’s because your RAM is full of remaining progress pieces you do not need any more.
Open the notepad and type

FreeMem=Space(64000000)
In this file and save it as RAMcleaner.vbs [ You should choose the “All Files” option when u save it ]

Run the file and your RAM may be cleaned
Of course u can edit the code in the file for a greater “cleaning-progress”.

FreeMem=Space(128000000)

a small trick 2 worked for me hence posting it here
Hacking MSN is actually VERY simple. Msn is designed to route the connection through a microsoft server while you are chatting. However, when a file is sent, a DCC (direct connection) is created. This was purposely done because otherwise microsoft would waste alot of bandwidth so a direct connection is made. This is your chance. Make a file transfer occur between u and a victim (try to send a big file), open up your command prompt (run "cmd" in NT/XP or "command" in 9X to get into prompt) and run netstat. usually the MSN targets IP would be above port 2000. enjoy.
If u recieve some crap like gux1-43.primus.com as the target, do a reverse DNS lookup on it. However, this occurs very rarely, mostly u will recieve a clear IP.
once u have d IP u can do anything with him by Fingerprinting.
U can protect yourself from this occurring to you by using a proxy with MSN (under connections panel in options).

Well, did you know you could hide your files in a JPEG file? For this, you will only need to download WinRAR. You just need to have a little knowledge about Command Prompt and have WinRAR installed.

1. Gather all the files that you wish to hide in a folder anywhere in your PC (make it in C:\hidden - RECOMMENDED).

2. Now, add those files in a RAR archive (e.g. secret.rar). This file should also be in the same directory (C:\hidden).

3. Now, look for a simple JPEG picture file (e.g. logo.jpg). Copy/Paste that file also in C:\hidden.

4. Now, open Command Prompt (Go to Run and type ‘cmd‘). Make your working directory C:\hidden.

5. Now type: “COPY /b logo.jpg + secret.rar output.jpg” (without quotes) - Now, logo.jpg is the picture you want to show, secret.rar is the file to be hidden, and output.jpg is the file which contains both. :D

6. Now, after you have done this, you will see a file output.jpg in C:\hidden. Open it (double-click) and it will show the picture you wanted to show. Now try opening the same file with WinRAR, it will show the hidden archive .

When you click on the SHUTDOWN button,
make sure to simultaneous press SHIFT Button.
If you hold the Shift key down while clicking on SHUTDOWN button,
you computer would restart without restarting the Computer.
This is equivalent to term "HOT REBOOT".

open the Registry Editor,

navigate to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Mi crosoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Expl orer\Shell Icons.

If this key does not exist, create it.

Now, create a new String value inside this key and name it “29”.
Set the value of this String value to “C:\Windows\System32\ shell32.dll,52”,
which is basically an empty icon.

Now close the Registry Editor and restart your computer to see the arrows disappear.
If you’re doing something important, and don’t want to restart just yet, you can force Windows to redraw all the icons by doing the following: Right-click on the Desktop, select Properties.

Now click on the Appearance tab and click Advanced From the drop-down list, choose icon, and change the value (the default is 32).
Click OK and then Apply.
Now go back and restore the value to 32 and click OK,
Apply, and then OK. This will bring you back to your desktop, and you will find all those pesky arrows gone. You can also replace the arrows with something else.
Just change the path provided in the Registry hack mentioned earlier
(“C:\Windows\System32\ shell32.dll,50”)

to the path of the icon you want to use.

Here is a way to create a shortcut to delete ur temporary files.

Just copy and paste the following code in notepad and save it as temp.bat

Click to free space.

In this code u need some modification you just need to type ur account name or login name in place of name in the code.

eg: if ur account name or login name is cypher then type cypher in place of name in the code.

All you have to do is just create a "Notepad" file and copy paste this in your Drive

Automate The Installation Of Windows XP

You can create a CD that can install Windows XP automatically, putting in all the details and answering all the dialog boxes.

The secret behind this is the answer file, which tells Windows what to do while it’s installing. The answer file can be created using Windows setup manager.

Using this tool, you can make the answer file so powerful that you can even tell Windows to include or exclude individual components, set the display resolution, and more.

Here’s the Steps involved in creating XP Automated Installation Disc :

Step 1: To begin with, insert your Windows XP installation CD into the drive and copy the entire contents of the CD to a new folder on your hard disk.

Step 2: Navigate to the Support > Tools folder on the CD and double-click the Deploy.cab file. Copy all the files to a new folder on your hard disk.

Step 3: The crucial part begins now, creating the answer file. To execute the windows setup manager, double click the Setupmgr.exe file from the contents of the Deploy.cab, which you just copied onto the hard drive.

Step 4: The first few steps of the wizard are self explanatory. Select the following options from the successive dialog boxes. Create a new answer file; Windows unattended installation (Select the appropriate Windows version); “Fully automated”; “No this answer file will be used to install from CD”; and finally, accept the license agreement.

Step 5: Under the General Settings, you can customize the installation of Windows by providing the default name and organization, display settings, time zone and the product key. Fill in the fields using the drop-down list or by keying in the details. If you don’t select an option from the drop-down list, the default values will be used.

Step 6: After you are done click Finish and save the answer file as “winnt.sif” when you are prompted. Advanced users can further tweak the answer file by referring to the Help file called Ref.chm in the same folder.

Step 7: Finally copy the answer file to i386 folder in the Windows XP installation folder you created in the beginning.

Step 8: To burn a bootable installation disc, you need the boot sector of the Windows XP CD. Download it from here

Step 9: Launch Nero and select CD-ROM (Boot) from the New Compilation dialog box. Under the Boot tab, specify the boot sector file you downloaded and extracted. Set the emulation as “No emulation”, and keep the boot message blank. Most importantly, remember to set the “Number of loaded sectors” as 4.

Step 10: Under the Burn tab, set the write method to disc at-once. Click the New button to to begin adding files and folders to the compilation. Drag all the contents of the Windows XP installation disc that you copied to your hard drive (with the answer file in the i386 folder) into the left pane. Insert a blank CD into the optical drive and hit burn button. Your windows automated installation Disc is ready.

2. Browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > CONTROL PANEL > DESKTOP

Safe mode is required when you have to fix a problem such as virus infection or uninstalling drivers in your windows XP. generally we need to use F8 Key to get into safe mode and if not timed properly you will need to restart windows xp again. Here is a small trick which lets you add Safe mode by default into your Boot list. You will see it when you restart your windows xp machine.
Steps to Add Safe Mode in Boot list

Go to control panel > System.

Click on Advanced Tab.

Then click on settings under the startup and recovery action.

Click on edit under system startup to indirectly edit your boot.ini file.

Open a Command Prompt window and leave it open.
Close all open programs.
Click Start, Run and enter TASKMGR.EXE
Go to the Processes tab and End Process on Explorer.exe.
Leave Task Manager open.
Go back to the Command Prompt window and change to the directory the AVI (or other undeletable file) is located in.
At the command prompt type DEL where is the file you wish to delete.
Go back to Task Manager, click File, New Task and enter EXPLORER.EXE to restart the GUI shell.
Close Task Manager.

click once on the file u wanna delete so its name appears in the 'filename' box

It should ask u to overwrite the existing file, choose yes and u can delete it as normal

5. If you cannot access the folder because it has spaces for example Program Files or Kazaa Lite folder you have to do the following. instead of typing in the full folder name only take the first 6 letters then put a ~ and then 1 without spaces. Example: cd c:\progra~1\kazaal~1
6. Once your in the folder the non-deletable file it in type in dir - a list will come up with everything inside.
7. Now to delete the file type in del ***.bmp, txt, jpg, avi, etc... And if the file name has spaces you would use the special 1st 6 letters followed by a ~ and a 1 rule. Example: if your file name was bad file.bmp you would type once in the specific folder thorugh command, del badfil~1.bmp and your file should be gone. Make sure to type in the correct extension.

Follow these steps : ->

* Go to Start ==> Run ==>> Type regedit,hit enter

* Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> Yahoo -> pager -> Test

* On the right pane ==>> right-click and choose new Dword value .

* Rename it as Plural.

* Double click and assign a decimal value of 1.

* Now close registry and restart yahoo messenger.

* For signing in with new id open another messenger .

This is yet another trick you can play on your geek friend. To disable the display of local or networked drives when you click My Computer go to :
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Win

Normally it takes a hell lot of time just Shutting down Windows, you have to move your mouse to the Start Button, click on it, move it again over Shut Down, click, then move it over the necessary option and click, then move the cursor over the OK button and once again (you guessed it) click.This whole process can be shortened by creating shortcuts on the Desktop which will shut down Windows at the click of a button. Start by creating a new shortcut( right click and select New> Shortcut). Then in the command line box, type (without the quotes.)

This Shortcut on clicking will restart Windows immediately without any Warning. To create a Shortcut to Restarting Windows, type the following in the Command Line box:

This Shortcut on clicking will shut down Windows immediately without any Warning.
